TALLINN OFFICE
Law firm started in the summer of 2004 with three lawyers. Today, the Tallinn office has 17 employees. Provided legal services are mainly related to business, a significant portion of them are representing clients in various litigation and tax matters and commercial law issues.
RIGA OFFICE
Law firm O.Cers & J.Jurkans was founded in 2000. Office is engaged in a broad spectrum of legal services. The main strength is legal services related to the business and financial law. Since 2007 the office is part of the chains MSI Global Alliance and Begbie Global Network, which provide international law services and has offered the office a broad experience in providing international legal services.
VILNIUS OFFICE
Vilnius office was registered in February 2007. The office is led by Lithuanian attorney-at-laws, who were long-term lawyers of former Hansabank. The attorneys in Vilnius office focus on litigations, corporate purchase and sale transactions, different financial law issues and of course daily counseling of companies.

MEMBERSHIP
HansaLaw is a member of the Estonian Association of Small and Medium Enterprises (EVEA) and the managing partner and attorney-at-law of HansaLaw, Vahur Kivstik actively participates in the Legal Committee of EVEA.
Estonian Taxpayers Association (EML) protects the interests of all taxpayers, and consultates and educates them. EML will ensure that the tax laws are fair and understandable, the tax burden would be optimal, the tax authorities act honestly and professionally and that taxpayers’ money is spent purposefully.
EML connects more than 2,500 members.
IFA-Estonia was established in 2001 with the aim to create a necessary and useful joint forum of local tax experts and on the other hand enable new international contacts and access to substantial tax related information. IFA-Estonia gathers parties active in the field of taxation or interested in taxation both from the private and public sectors.
NOMINATIONS
The Legal 500 is an international guide which annually reviews and highlights the most recognized law firms in countries around the world. The Legal 500 has pointed out HansaLaw in the field of taxation and disputes for years and since 2014 HansaLaw has been recognized as one of the highest level law firms in Estonia.
